Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return items. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (if applicable).

  • Easy Returns: We aim to make the return process as simple as possible. If you need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs if your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. There is no cost to you in these cases.

  • Returns for Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind about your purchase, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. This applies to returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, or no longer wanting the item.

    Please note: Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to refund or cover the return shipping cost for change of mind, but we do offer this return option.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@teehit.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a return authorization and a step-by-step guide.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with any accessories, labels, and documentation that were included.

  4. Return Label: You will need to purchase, print, and attach the return label. If you are returning a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  5. Ship the Return: Drop off your return at the indicated shipping service, and ensure you keep a tracking number for your peace of mind.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • After the item is approved for return, your refund will be processed.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item according to our return conditions and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are excluded from exchange or return. These products are clearly marked in the product description, and we encourage you to review these details carefully before placing your order.
